Soooooo goood. Had to make some changes to this too. I didn’t have nutmeg, didn’t add onions or garlic either. So it was just mushrooms and soup. Still good though, it was a little salty even with less sodium chicken broth, so after i added the soup and evaporated milk, i had to add skim milk to make it a little more bland. Which worked out well.
so i used less sodium chicken broth, fat free evaporated milk and a few cups of skim milk in the end.
I made this recipe in muffin tins. Also made a few changes, I cut the flour to 1 cup, cut the baking powder to 1/2 tsp, added 1 tsp of vanilla, used 2 bananas, and used 1 cup of GOLDEN sugar. Scooped 2 spoonfuls into each muffin cup, baked it at 350 degrees for 18 minutes. 20 mins for bigger muffins. But mine were pretty small.
** Contains Peanut
1 cup margarine/butter (softened)
1 1/4 cup brown sugar (i use golden sugar)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
2 tbsp nutella (OPTIONAL)
2 tbsp peanut butter (OPTIONAL)
2 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
I like to add a mix of semi sweet chocolate chips AND M&Ms, about a cup of each depending how chocolatey you like your cookies. I add until it looks like each spoonful has a good amount of chocolate
375 degrees for 6 mins and then let it cool on the rack for 2 before transferring it.

So I found the LV store in Paris…and went inside, IT’S FREAKIN HUGE. yup :) While I was walking around, I overheard one of the employees telling this asian girl and her mom that they can’t be selling bags on the streets and if they catch them doing it, they’ll block the passports worldwide and the girl kept saying they weren’t and they aren’t doing that. The guy tried to explain to them that there are very bad people on the streets and there are cops outside. So I continued and walked away from that conversation. Later that afternoon, I was across the street from the LV store, and a random asian lady comes up to me and asks if I spoke english and chinese, and I’m like yeah…but cantonese. And she starts telling me shes from Shanghai so obviously, just mandarin for her. So she tells me how LV only allows customers to purchase 2 items and that she wants me to take her credit card in there to purchase 2 more wallets for her. I told her no, i really don’t want to do it, i’m not sure about this…and she just beggggged me to do her a favour and that i’m using HER credit card and that i should just help her out. Obviously people have been going to LV to buy authentic shit and have been selling them in china, since it’s a lot cheaper to purchase authentic LV in paris than anywhere else in the world. So anyways, the lady begs me, i said no, and she said it’d be really fast and to follow her. She runs across the street but the light just changed red….soooo I didn’t follow her across cuz i really don’t wanna get hit and killed in Paris a day before I go home. She runs across, and i’m still standing on the other side of the street, it starts to get super crowded, so I turn around, start walking the other way without looking back, walked into the Mark and Spencer just infront of me and it has 3 floors. LUCKY ME! So i go upstairs and then back down, assuming if she saw me run into the M&S, and wanted to hunt me down, she’d hopefully go downstairs first and not up. that’s how I got away from a silly asian lady who tried to get me to pull some stupid illegal shit for her in an LV store just so she can bring it home to china to sell.
Oh and while I was in Paris this morning, i had to walk down this very quiet street to get to the shopping street..and there was a black guy following me, and he starts walking faster to match my pace and walks beside me..he starts talking to me in french, and i told him “sorry, je ne parle pas francais” and hes like “pour quoi?!” and i don’t bother, i ignore and keep walking, but he kept following me and stayed right beside me….and kept talking in french as if i understood….and all i heard was “ohhh je t’aime, je t’aime” and i’m thinking in my head, ah fuckkkk, so i picked up the pace and tried to get away from him. after another 3 blocks, he finally turned around the corner and left me alone.

Our last weekend together as a group before we separate to go home to our new bases. We spent the afternoon at Six Flags La Ronde in Montreal. Huge ass rollercoasters, sucks that big wooden rollercoaster wasn’t running. Screaming on rollercoasters all afternoon was exactly what we needed after the most stressful week of our training lives. So to start off our amazing afternoon, we called 2 cabs cause apparently, they can’t take more than 5 in a van. Our cab driver was nice enough to give us his personal number so we could call him when we’re done with La Ronde and he said he’d take all 6 of us back to our hotel. Which means cheaper cab fare for us cause we can split 6 ways instead of 3. He was this amazing, funny and nice old cab driver. just..an ABSOLUTELY amazing old driver. So he picked us up, and we were EXHAUSTED, he offered to take us to Old Port to show us around cause the other girls haven’t seen anything yet. So he took us to Old Montreal and told us he’d just charge us the same price wen we went to la ronde earlier. So he took us to old montreal, told us to go take some pictures and he’d wait for us. Then took us to old port, let us out again so we could walk around and then picked us up around the corner 20 mins later. Then the girls and i decided we’d go back to the hotel, clean ourselves up cause we stank like boys after being in the sun for 8 hours at la ronde, and we’d make our way back to old port for dinner cause the kitchens don’t close till midnight. So Sam, our driver, took us back to the hotel and we told him we’d go back to old port at 11pm. We cleaned ourselves up, dolled up cause it was our last weekend together to enjoy in montreal, and we made our way back down to old port for dinner. got there at 11:30, we ordered appetizers, assuming our waiter was going to warn us before the kitchen closed…but nopes. midnight hit, we wanted to order our entrees, since our last meal was at 3pm at La Ronde. We ordered, and the waiter comes back 5 mins later saying he got told off by the chef cause the kitchen is closed and there was just no way we’d get food. The waiter suggested another restaurant 3 blocks down where he used to work for and the kitchen doesn’t close till 1am, so we paid for our appetizers and drinks, ($25 for a pitcher of Sangria, got 5 glasses out of it so $5 a glass, 1 for each of us) and we made our way to the next restaurant praying we’d get real, freshly made food compared to the microwave leftover crap we’ve had the last 3 weeks. We get to the restaurant, kitchen is CLOSED. Fuck, what now? They tell us there’s another place to get food 3 blocks down, so we walk, another 3 blocks down, we walk in, its pretty much a pub, with loud booming music. We weren’t up for it. We just weren’t. We didn’t want to be in that kind of environment last night. We wanted somewhere nice and cute so we could hang out and talk. So we left and walked up and down the street looking for a place to eat, then we needed to pee. We go to McD’s to pee, they blocked off the 2nd floor where the washrooms are, with their trash can barrier. So we couldn’t pee, we ended up walking back to where we came from, went into The Keg to pee and hid out there for 10 mins cause we had no where to go. Most restaurants at this time, 1am now, only serve drinks, so we were out of luck. We called Sam to come rescue us and to take us home. So we walked, and walked, and we decided to grab poutine on the way back to the cab since it’s the only thing we could really get. Poutine it is, from Montreal Poutine. It’s a take out place, so the poutines were in take out boxes, and we grab a seat outside their store AND THEN WE GET BOOTED. “sorry, take out boxes are meant to be taken away, you can’t stay.” yah fucking right, u gotta be kidding. Then one of the other guys that served us the poutine said we could stay as we were getting up to leave, but watever, Sam was 5 mins away from picking us up anyways, so we left. Sam saved us from our horrible night, he offered again to show us around montreal, free of charge other than the cab fare we pay which has been $10/person the last couple cab trips we’ve taken with sam that night. So he takes us to Mount Royal, where it’s just PACKED with young hippy people with their loud booming speakers from their cars. and they’re just partying it up there. it’s nuts! so we got an amazing view of montreal and then he takes us to saint joseph which was really cool too at night. and then the final stop of the night, he took us to Orange Julep. none of us had a clue where he was taking us or even wth Julep was. But it’s pretty much this huge place that serves food and orange juice and the actual place is just..this huge blow up of an orange. Sam bought a 2L jug of the juice and he pours it out for all of us in the parking lot and it was just so cuuutttteee! So that was the end of our horrible shitty night. Luckily we had Sam to be our personal chauffeur and tour guide last night.
